As soon as your payment goes through.
Pro turns off right away. Requests, votes and comments stay. The card is retried for two weeks, and Pro turns back on when a payment succeeds.
Yes. Choose Back to Free beside the app. It goes back to Free and keeps its requests, votes and comments. If it was the last Pro app, cancel the subscription in Stripe from Billing so the next month is not charged. Canceling does not refund the current month, except where the law requires it.

Pro is billed monthly, at $10 per app, before tax. There is no annual plan.
While you are paying, adding or removing a Pro app is prorated for the rest of the month. An app turned on is charged for the remainder. An app turned off is credited for the remainder. Taking the last Pro app off does not cancel the subscription. Cancel that from Billing, in Stripe. Canceling the subscription does not refund the current month.
You can cancel at any time. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund. A mid-month change is prorated, as described above. We may refund a billing error or a duplicate charge, at our discretion. Write to support@differentrequests.com.
No. The price on this page is before tax. Tax is calculated at checkout where it applies, and added to that price.
